Eliminate the anxiety of time by applying the best time management strategy

Time boxing is the most effective time management tool that I've found. It is about to simply fixing a time period to work on a single task or group of tasks. In this note, I'll try to introduce you to the Pomodoro technique, a great, lovely time boxing strategy that I'm applying for almost a year to manage the time.

Time boxing is the most effective time management tool that I know of. It is about to simply fixing a time period to work on a task or group of tasks. Instead of working on a task until it's done, you commit to work on it for a specific amount of time.
Francesco Cirillo has created the Pomodoro Technique® in 1980s, before everyone else used the term "time boxing" for personal  time management .
There are five simple basic steps to implement the Pomodoro technique in everyday tasks:

  1. Choose a task to be accomplished
  2. Set the Pomodoro to 25 minutes (the Pomodoro is the timer)
  3. Work on the task until the Pomodoro rings, then put a check on your sheet of paper
  4. Take a short break (5 minutes is OK)
  5. Every 4 Pomodoros take a longer break
